Erica Rogers

Hi! I’m Erica Rogers, and helping people find the right place to call home has been a passion of mine for many years. My journey in the housing industry began in 2017, where I gained valuable experience guiding clients through the apartment rental process. In 2019, I earned my real estate license through Champions School of Real Estate and joined American Homes 4 Rent as a Property Manager, where I managed a portfolio of over 1,000 single-family homes. During my four years there, I gained extensive experience in residential property operations, working closely with homeowners, coordinating maintenance, and navigating the many details involved in managing homes. I was later promoted to Senior Resident Manager, where I led and mentored a team of six property managers. This leadership role strengthened my skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving—skills I now bring to every client I work with. Today, I use that experience to help buyers make confident decisions while making the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I believe in building genuine relationships, providing honest guidance, and being fully committed to helping my clients reach their homeownership goals. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to my 19-year-old son, Jordan, who is pursuing a career as an electrician, and a dog mom to my five-year-old shepherd mix, Cinnamon. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy live jazz, camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Helping people find the right home and step into their next chapter is something I truly care about, and I’m honored every time someone trusts me to guide them through that journey.
