Renisha Nathan (bka Ren) is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor who brings a strategic, highly organized approach to every client engagement. With a background in project management and operations, she is known for guiding complex transactions with clarity, structure, and a strong focus on execution. Renisha approaches real estate as both a business and a service—aligning strategy, timelines, and stakeholder communication to deliver thoughtful, client-centered outcomes.

As a Project REAP alumna, Ren is grounded in institutional-level commercial real estate training and brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset to her work. Her experience leading cross-functional initiatives across regulated and service-focused environments allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline decision-making, and maintain momentum throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Outside of work, Ren enjoys line dancing and spending time with family and friends. She is deeply passionate about customer experience and believes that trust, consistency, and clear communication are the foundation of every successful real estate relationship.
